How do I buy images?
Browse our unique collection of cannabis images by category or search. No need to login to view pricing and information. All images are provided in a set of standard sizes from small, medium, large and full sized. Pricing is determined by size not use. Images are sold on demand for cash value, no prepaid credits or subscription required. When you find an image you’d like to purchase select the size, add it to cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment processor. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email to download your image. Download links will become available from your images account page for up to 90 days and can be downloaded up to 10 times.
What payment types are taken?
We accept major credit cards and bank payment using debit through our secure payment processor. The transaction is handled offsite with the third party processor and we do not store or receive your secure payment details. You can login to your payment processor account for convenience or complete payment using debit/credit no processor registration required. All payments are in U.S. dollars. Are you a dispensary or grower running a cash business? We are exploring cash payment options. Please inquire.
Do I need to register for an account?
When you purchase an image for the first time an account will automatically be created on our website in order to access your downloads. You will receive an email with the new login information. Login anytime by visiting “My Images Account” from the footer or click here. We do not request highly personal details nor do we receive or save payment information. For the purposes of managing downloads and tracking licenses we ask for your name, email address, and to whom the purchased license applies (“licensee”). See our Privacy Policy for more. Registration is not required with the payment processor to complete a purchase.
Where’s my download link?
When a purchase is complete the system will process your license. You will be notified via email when your download is ready. Your email will arrive immediately, please be sure to check your SPAM box if you don’t see it. Once you receive the email, you can download directly from link or refresh the checkout confirmation page where buttons will appear. Downloads are available from your images account / downloads page for 60 days from the purchase date. The number of times media can be downloaded once purchased is limited to four (4) total. Processing can take a few minutes depending on file size and quantity. Did this solve your download issue? Please contact support.
My download link doesn’t work or disappeared.
Downloads are available from your images account / downloads page for 90 days from the purchase date. The number of times media can be downloaded after purchase is limited to ten (10) total. Did this solve your download issue? Please contact support. If you are experiencing errors please be sure to copy or screenshot the error message you experience and send it to us so we can troubleshoot the issue.
What is a royalty free license?
Royalty-free, or RF, refers to the right to use copyright material or intellectual property without the need to pay royalties or license fees for each use, per each copy or volume sold or some time period of use or sales. All of our images are royalty free. That means you can use your purchased image across marketing channels, in print and online, for as long as you want. Are images commercial or editorial use?
All of our images are licensed for commercial use. You can use them in editorial or for personal use. There is no attribution required. Editorial attribution is appreciated and can be noted as source: The Cannabiz Agency Images. See full details and restrictions in our license agreement.
Can I use my image for more than one individual or business?
Each purchased license authorizes one business entity or individual person to use the image. If you are sourcing images for multiple businesses, you will need a license for each. This is common for graphic designers or agencies.
For example, Jose needs a photo for his blog. He purchases an image and enters the license is used for “Jose Ramirez” at checkout. The licensee is Jose Ramirez, an individual. Jose can use the image on his personal blog, social media posts, and printed flyers. Now, let’s say Jose works at ABC Distribution and he has the perfect image for their website. Awesome! ABC Distribution will need their own license so they will need to create their own account to purchase the image or Jose can use his to purchase it again noting the licensee is “ABC Distribution”. If you’re still unclear send your licensing question to support.
Can I get a refund?
Because of the nature of our product we do not provide refunds on purchased media downloads. If you suspect that there was an unauthorized purchase this should be handled through the payment processor and your credit card company or bank.
Is buying here cheaper than iStock, Shutterstock, Depositphotos?
We have thoughtfully priced our images lower than the leading stock image sites that they are also sold on. Pricing and offers change all the time and it’s hard to keep track. Generally, our images are less expensive than these sites when purchased on demand. Meaning one at a time without subscription or prepaid credits. If you have purchased a subscription from the other sites, it will be cheaper to download it there. We make pennies on the dollar when our images are purchased from these big sites. When you purchase direct you support the “small guy girl” and we do appreciate it.
Is your site secure?
Heck yes! TCAImages.com was designed and developed by our world class team at The Cannabiz Agency. It is hosted by Press Wizards which has been in business for over 20 years and is professionally managed by IT pros located in the United States. Our secure payment processor handles all of the billing information which we do not collect, store, or even pass through checkout. This website runs on an HTTPS secure domain. We keep our WordPress platform and plugins updated (you can too, contact us for maintenance) and scan the site regularly for malware.
Where do images come from?
We concept and shoot all of our images in-house. We plan photo shoots and layouts for marketing uses. Like leaving empty space for text, using clean palettes for website sliders and flyers, and choosing angles that look great in social media. For example, insert your product into a framed layout or find an Instagram-ready top down shot. Get on our VIP List to be notified when new collections come out. We are always thinking of something new, seasonal and to capture cannabis trends.
